1-on-1 Athlete Development Sessions
At Built Different Athletics, our 1-on-1 Athlete Development Sessions are designed to go beyond athletic training. These individualized sessions provide athletes with personalized coaching focused on skill development, confidence building, leadership, accountability, and character growth.
Each athlete receives customized instruction based on their current skill level, athletic goals, strengths, and areas for improvement. Our coaches work closely with athletes to develop sport-specific techniques, improve athletic performance, and build the mindset required to succeed both on and off the field.
What makes our program unique is our commitment to developing leaders—not just athletes. As athletes demonstrate growth, responsibility, and mastery of their skills, they will have opportunities to lead portions of group training sessions alongside our coaching staff. Athletes will be paired with younger athletes or peers at a similar developmental level, allowing them to mentor, encourage, and demonstrate drills while building valuable leadership and communication skills.
By teaching others, our athletes gain a deeper understanding of their sport while learning how to lead with confidence, integrity, and humility. These leadership experiences help prepare them for future roles as team captains, community leaders, and positive role models.
Our goal is to develop complete athletes who are not only prepared to compete at the highest levels of their sport but are also equipped to lead, inspire, and make a positive impact in their communities.
